Kathy Banks is the Professional Development Lead at brightwheel, with 36 years of experience in early childhood education. She has held various roles, including teacher and multi-site director, and currently teaches at multiple colleges. Kathy holds an Ed.D. in Early Childhood Education and is a certified Family and Consumer Science Developmental Educator, specializing in child development and the everyday realities and challenges of teaching and directing in this field.
